Footerella – Tightening and Toning Feet

Footerella

The Footerella is amazing for tightening and toning – therefore slimming the feet. After years of research, the Footerella is finally here to make our feet perfect sculptures of our past perfect feet.

As we don’t use our feet like we use our hands, some of the muscles weaken over time. This makes our arches collapse and feet spread wider and even longer. The Footerella has been specifically designed to strengthen and tone the very muscles that have fatigued. Therefore, with stronger, fitter feet we also get slimmer feet. How great is that? A side effect that is actually good!

All you have to do is let the Footerella gently reactivate those sleeping muscles and start working on them. As those muscles grow stronger, and you see the foot tightening, you can increase the level of the Footerella and imitate the movement that the Footerella does to your feet – getting results in double time. You will feel muscles in your feet that you didn’t even know existed. All this while your are sitting reading or watching TV. We don’t want you walking around for the 30 minute Footerella session. Leg muscles will end up doing half the work that these very small muscles should be doing, that€™s why it sounds like you are sitting having a relaxing time, but your feet are actually working full throttle, without any help from bigger muscles in the legs. Tighter, slimmer feet are the result.

The Footerella has found it€™s way, not only for making our feet feel better, but making them look and feel better in shoes. As the Footerella phenomenon has grown, we have found that it hasn’t just been women that have ordered the Footerella, but now men, which is why we made a specific male version for sports called

How it works
The Footerella is the latest concept in tightening and toning your feet. As we don’t use our feet in the same way we use our hands to grip and lift objects, we loose our muscle tone in our feet in certain areas. The result is loose muscles, which make our feet wider and even appear to grow in length over the years. As time goes on, our feet spread in width and length from weak muscles and collapsing arches. The Footerella is designed to work those particular muscles that have weakened. When they become stronger, they tighten your feet, making them slimmer and smaller. When the arches are not collapsing and longer, and the foot is no longer widening, it decreases the likelihood of unsightly and painful flattening feet and bunions.
The Footerella has 3 electrode pads that stick to your feet. Set the program you would like to perform, such as slimming & toning, or bunion prevention, running or high heels. Each program is designed to stimulate a certain muscle group for that particular activity. All you have to do is pick the level , such as beginner, intermediate or advanced and the Footerella will start its program while you sit back and relax.
Taking baby steps at the beginning, you should allow the Footerella to phase you through the beginner stage. You will feel muscles in your feet working that you didn’t even know you had! as you become used to that level. Moving up to the next level where the Footerella works harder, you will see your foot moving and tightening through the program. Stronger, slimmer feet. What more could you want for those beautiful shoes you have begging to be shown off.

Slim Feet
The Footerella will give your feet a great work out. The muscles in your feet will tighten and tone. Because muscles are attached from one bone to another, when the muscles become stronger and tighter, they pull the bones closer. This results in a smaller foot, but more importantly, a healthier foot. The ligaments that hold all your bones in your feet together, don’t need to over work any longer as the muscles take over some of the load. Also, being a woman means that our hormones leave us susceptible to ligament stretch. Our hormones from time to time mean that our ligaments become a little stretchy, like chewing gum. Bad idea for the feet – there are around 30 bones in the feet, only 2 bones in the lower leg and one in your thigh! So that is a lot of bones in your feet to spread away from each other – which is why our feet appear to grow with time and pregnancy and monthly cycles! The good news is that the ligaments don’t normally over-stretch, so it doesn’t take much to regain your perfect feet again. With a little help from the Footerella to tighten and tone your muscles, bringing the bones closer again, your ligaments can shrink a little also, leaving a great long term foot posture. With today’s technology we can thankfully get our pretty feet back to their happy days.

Michelle Champlin
Michelle Champlin is a renowned Podiatrist based in the Middle East. Already with a fierce reputation for not letting a single foot problem get the better of her patients, Champlin has brought light on the subject of feet that collapse and spread. Structural foot correction is her expertise. Michelle Champlin works as a structural engineer for the feet, taking in the foots amazing marvel of architectural design. Seeing feet change shape and losing their perfect arches is the first signs of feet really beginning to deteriorate. Michelle Champlin has spent the last 4 years investigating what triggers the foot collapse and spread phenomenon.

” Once it was clear precisely what steps go wrong in the foot structure, it was quite easy to back track through the progress to reverse the changes – and thus, the Footerella was conceived” says Champlin of her years of her practice research.

” I was very lucky to be based in the Middle East where the problem of foot collapse and foot splaying was unfortunately extremely common. Being able to have such a rich study group has allowed amazing advances in what would be an otherwise slow research program. For womankind and all feet, I couldn’t have been in a better place for my search for a cure” says Champlin of her findings.
