Using Corrective Orthotic

As we can see the ankles are leaning in and promoting hallux valgus.

كما نرى، فإن الكاحلين يميلان إلى الداخل ويعززان إبهام القدم الأروح

‏So, we are going to introduce a corrective orthotic and when we lift the foot up and slide the orthotic underneath the ankle position becomes absolutely straight and perfect.

لذلك سنستخدم تقويمًا تصحيحيًا للعظام. عندما نرفع القدم للأعلى ونضع التقويم أسفلها، تصبح وضعيّة الكاحل مستقيمة ومثالية تمامًا

‏Now the toenail is looking straight up.

 تبدو الآن أظافر القدم مستقيمة

‏The hallux valgus is almost cleared up instantly.

تم تقريبًا التخلص فورًا من إبهام القدم الأروح

‏Without the orthotic, the ankle starts to lean in which promotes the hallux valgus and the toe is rotated now.

بدون تقويم العظام، يبدأ الكاحل في الانحناء للداخل مما يعزز الإبهام وإصبع القدم الأروحان

‏On the other foot we can see there is more ankle pronation, more arch collapse and more deviation of the bones here.

على القدم الأخرى، بإمكاننا رؤية المزيد من الالتواء عند الكاحل، والانهيار عند القوس والانحراف في العظام هنا

‏We want to get this ankle straight and arch up so we introduce a corrective orthotic to this foot.

نريد أن نجعل الكاحل مستقيمًا ومقوّس، لذا نستخدم تقويمًا تصحيحيًا لهذه القدم

‏As you can see now the ankle is straight and the arch is up.

كما ترون الآن الكاحل مستقيم والقوس مرتفع

‏This toe is now almost perfectly straight and the hallux valgus bunion is almost completely gone instantly.

أصبح تقريبًا إصبع القدم هذا مستقيماً بشكل تام واختفى على الفور تورّم إبهام القدم الأروح
