Footerella toe socks and toe aligners

 

These are truly one of my favourite shoes to wear on a busy day in the clinic or if I have errands to run. 

هذا أحد أحذيتي المفضلة الذي أرتديه في يوم حافل بالعمل في العيادة أو إذا كان لدي مهام لأقوم بها

‏I will wear these style of shoes as the end of them look like spacious baby shoes. 

سأرتدي هذا التصميم من الأحذية لأن نهايتها تبدو وكأنها أحذية أطفال واسعة

‏You can see I’m wearing ‘Footerella toe socks’ as it helps to keep my toes separated and dry. 

أنا أرتدي أيضًا “جوارب إصبع القدم” من فوتريللا لأنها تساعد على إبقاء أصابع قدمي منفصلة وجافة

‏Then I’m wearing the silicone separators. They stretch my toes and keep them straight so that I can keep my foot alignment perfect.  

ثم أرتدي فواصل السيليكون لأنها تشدّ أصابع قدمي وتبقيها مستقيمة حتى أتمكن من الحفاظ على محاذاة قدمي بشكل مثالي

‏I wear these shoes for about five hours.  

أرتدي هذا الحذاء لمدة خمس ساعات 

 

‏This is what the toe aligners look like. They come in a pack and there is a pair; one for each foot. 

هذا ما تبدو عليه أداة محاذاة أصابع القدم. تأتي في عبوة ويوجد زوج منها؛ واحد لكل قدم 

‏They are very soft. One packet is AED69 and two packets is AED130 so it is an AED11 discount for two packets.

‏These are the toe socks that I was wearing. You can buy these for AED30 per pair.

‏Or you can get a box of of 6 for AED150 which is a AED30 discount.

‏There is a high ankle length or low ankle length, both in black and white options. 

يوجد جورب نصفي أو جورب طويل، باللونين الأسود والأبيض 

‏The brand named ‘independent’ suits male and female feet. The other ‘tristep’ brand is for very large male feet.
